- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

- We only accept exchanges for store credit (no returns).

- Store credit is issued after the item is received and passes inspection.

- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

- Sale items are eligible only for size exchanges (not returns).

- Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, but alterations can be accommodated.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

- Return shipping must be handled by the customer.

- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping.

- To place an exchange, please reach out to us via our DMs with your order ID to ensure smooth and quick communication.
